I want to express my gratitude to Yulia Uspenskaya, the doctor of the assumption. Thank you very much for the professionalism, personal attention, kindness and good attitude. I have not been able to get pregnant for a long time and a year ago I met Yulia Borisovna, who helped me not only to get pregnant, but also to bear a child, despite my serious disease UC since 2009! Thank you very much for the opportunity to observe my pregnancy! You give hope to women with such a serious illness. I wish you to remain always the same responsive, kind and attentive!!!

All my conscious life I dreamed of becoming a mother, but I was afraid to afford such a luxury.

I’m 27 years old, I have a UC, and every time I started talking about pregnancy with doctors, in response to hear only one thing: “up to 40 years You have a lot of time – have time.”

A couple of years ago I was at the appoitment of a gynecologist in the local women’s health clinic, which told me that I have some problems with women’s health, and if you do not solve the issue of childbirth in the near future, perhaps in the future I will not have a chance of having a child.

It turned out that my doctors had absolutely opposite answers to the question “when”, which for me, in fact, was the lack of an answer.

Then I realized that only a doctor who equally understands all the nuances of the IBD and gynecology can help me.

I knew for a long time from doctors and from the friends about a unique specialist, Yulia Uspenskaya, working in the Snegirev Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology, but for some reason I was sure that it is necessary to go to the consultation only when the pregnancy occurred to adjust the intake of drugs.

But despair led me to it before.

Competent doctors from the clinic immediately conducted a survey, during which it became clear that the global problems with women’s health, which I was so scared, I do not have (after which I decided to say goodbye to the local women’s health clinic forever).

Further, within two to three months, the Doctor appointed me the tests, corrected methods of preparations, and most importantly, with a large part engaged me. It was evident that she not only does her job, but also really wants to do everything possible to help. Then the long-awaited pregnancy came!

I will not write that everything was quite easy. Overall, pregnancy was good, but was periodically started sluggish the exacerbation, followed by panic. Yulia B. was supported in word and deed, monitored medication, conducted all the necessary tests. During pregnancy I have completed the acceptance of Azathioprine and continued taking infliximab (Remicade) and Salofalk. Of course, such a medication during pregnancy is only possible under the supervision of a competent professional.

I want to note that all the doctors of the clinic who led me impressed me with their professional approach to my special situation. They not only helped me to bear and give birth to a healthy child, but also gave me the belief that the IBD is not a sentence. Of course, you need more effort, patience to get what many women so easily given. But when it happens You are a thousand times more than the others appreciate this great happiness – to be a mom!

There is nothing more beautiful than the feeling of growing  life inside you. When you know that a little creature lives in you and you feel his heart beating.

I am 32 years old and diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease I am living from 17 years. But lovely girls, women – future moms, do not lose faith in the fact that you can give a birth to a wonderful healthy baby!

So it happened to me on 26 of July, 2017 at 23:15 I became the mother of a wonderful girl, thanks to the incredibly experienced doctors in the Snegirev Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I can not even imagine what would have happened to me  if I had not been in such reliable hands of the doctors of this clinic. After all, in one of the hospitals I was told “Who told you that You can give birth with such a diagnosis”! Do not listen to anyone and do not pay attention to such statements! Being a mother is a gift and happiness!

I want to express my gratitude for the attentiveness and kindness to doctors gastroenterologist Yulia Uspenskaya and obstetrician-gynecologist Timur Rashidov.

I was observed by them all the pregnancy and despite of the time doctors always were ready to contact with me and give  advice and help! Thank them so much for always being there! If another baby in heaven chooses me as a mother, I will give a birth in this clinic only.

My name is Marina, I am 30 years old and my story started in 2014. After the termination of the desired pregnancy for medical reasons, I was hospitalized with a diagnosis of Ulcerous Colitis. Further having received the necessary treatment and observing drug prevention, I was in remission for two years, after which the second long-awaited pregnancy has come. The first trimester proceeded without problems, but the second turned out to be difficult, began a severe exacerbation, besides, I was faced with the problem that there is no gynecologist who could lead a pregnancy with my disease. My whole family started looking for such a doctor, and we found finally. The most interesting thing is that four members of my family were given one contact by completely different people. So, I met Yulia Borisovna Uspenskaya, who so sensitively and carefully helped me to get out of the exacerbation in the second trimester of pregnancy. After the exacerbation, my pregnancy proceeded under the strict and professional supervision of Yulia Borisovna, and as a result, in early October 2016, a completely healthy boy Stepa was born, weighing 3710 kg and growing 53 cm and was given an assessment of 8.5 points of the Apgar scale. There came a period of feeding and the next hormonal reorganization during which I have had exacerbations two more times, but with the help of our doctor I was able to feed my child up to 7 months! And I am already in remission for 7 months! And with deep hope on second and third your baby! With my story I want first of all from the bottom of my heart to say a huge thank you to Yulia Borisovna. She is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful, kind and sympathetic person, and, secondly, to give hope to all girls with similar diseases for the birth of healthy and happy children, hope for a healthy motherhood!!!

The history of my disease began in 2008 after the birth of my second daughter. A whole year of suffering and finally the Crohn’s disease of the colon was diagnosed, a total defeat with perianal complications. Further, surgical and medical treatment, after which, a few years later, began a persistent remission, which had to be constantly maintained by taking Azathioprine.

After quite a long time of “healthy” life, my husband and me began to plan a third child. I went through all the tests, their results were all good, and a few months before pregnancy, I stopped taking Azathioprine.

Our joyful event did not take long to wait, and I immediately rush to get an appointment in the women’s health clinic. The local doctor, seeing my diagnosis, looked at me with horror and pity, but I was ready for this and knew that I would go there only for show.

During the sixth week, my illness began to worsen. Again, often visit to the toilet, terrible stomach pain, fever, low hemoglobin level and weight loss (for the first half of pregnancy I lost 10 kg, which then all came back to me).

So I lasted up to 14 weeks under the supervision of doctors from the Coloproctology Institute(Moscow) , who sent me to the Snegirev Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology to the doctor Yulia Uspenskaya. After our first meeting I felt  that I am in good hands finally. Yulia Borisovna is a Doctor with a capital letter and a wonderful person in all respects, she gave me hope and strength and confidence!

From the 15th week of pregnancy, I restarted taking Azathioprine, and after a couple of months, I felt much better.  The second half of my pregnancy was uncomplicated.

At 39 weeks of pregnancy in the same clinic by caesarean section and my baby was born! I would like to express my gratitude to all the doctors who took part in the birth of my Masha, for their professionalism, kind and attentive attitude to such difficult patients!

Now we have a year and seven months. Masha is growing and developing like all other kids, she is very smart, nimble and mischievous.

Our disease is not a death sentence! It can not deprive us of the happiness of motherhood, especially since we are in such good doctor`s hands!

In my review, I would like to express my gratitude to Yulia Uspenskaya. After meeting her, I began to believe that there are still doctors who are willing and ABLE to help.

I came to our first meeting  in a very serious condition. First pregnancy. The first attack of ulcerous colitis. Doctors in my city shrugged, and said they did not know what to do with me… Well, it was the best options, because some doctors offered me an abortion…

Time passed, my condition became worse and worse with every day. I lost 10 kilograms, hemoglobin level  was around 60. The defecation was up to 20 times a day. In this state, my husband and I came to visit dr. Yulia. After hearing my story, the doctor calmly told me what to do and how to be treated.  And this calmness and confidence immediately passed to me … Yulia Borisovna was always in touch, controlled the entire process of treatment. And by the end of the pregnancy, I was in remission. I gave birth, everything went without any complications.

Now my boy is a 1 year and three months old. I am still breastfeeding.

And all this thanks to Yulia Borisovna… Thanks again and regards!
